Ever since I saw an episode of Dr. 90210 where this mans ear snapped in half due to an oversized gauge, I have definitely been anti-gauge all the way; that and I have rarely found a person to whom they look good on. Saying that, if you are considering getting gauges I encourage you to deeply consider whether it is a look that works for you. Now whether you disagree with me or not these wooden earrings, when I have seen them worn have appeared similar to gauges, with one HUGE difference, I really like them. I am gonna go ahead and call this look "mock-gauges" because I believe that is appropriate.
